Returns

Under NO circumstance are returns accepted for any custom made product. This includes custom feather flags, custom inflatable tents, custom banners, custom tablecloths,  custom inserts, custom pop up tents, and all other SOSITE custom made products.

Our hardworking design staff spends hours designing high quality custom advertising products that work! When a customer orders a custom product, our staff, creates the concept, designs the layout, and generates all the files needed for production. Then the order is sent to our production team where more of our staff spend hours setting up our machinery, adjusting printing presses, and tweaking designs so that each custom product produced is perfect and will allow add value to the business or event the product is for.

We take great pride in producing high quality, effective, and innovative custom products. If we allow for orders to be cancelled in the middle of the process, we will not be able to sustainably design and produce the high quality custom advertising products that we do.

 

Warranty：

All products are covered by our 6 month limited warranty (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers SOSITE considered product defect. SOSITE reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. User is responsible for all warranty return shipping. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect, or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit.

a.Pop Up Tent Frame Warranty:

All SOSITE brand pop up canopy tent frames are covered by our 6 months limited warranty against workman defect (from the date of purchase).When you need warranty please contact us at canopyflag@gmail.com. Warranty only covers SOSITE considered product defect. SOSITE reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. User is responsible for all warranty return shipping. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect, water damage or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit.

 

b.Pop Up Tent Canopy Top Warranty:

All SOSITE brand pop up tent canopy top and wall sets are covered by our 1 year limited warranty against workman defect (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers SOSITE considered product defect. SOSITE reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. User is responsible for all warranty return shipping. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect, water damage or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit.

 

c.Inflatable Tent Warranty:

All SOSITE brand inflatable tents are covered by our 6 month limited warranty (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers SOSITE considered product defect. SOSITE reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. User is responsible for all warranty return shipping. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect, or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit.

 

d.Feather Flag Warranty:

All SOSITE brand feather flags are covered by our 6 month limited warranty against workman defect (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers SOSITE considered product defect. SOSITE reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. User is responsible for all warranty return shipping. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect, water damage or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit.

 

e.Custom Table Cover Warranty:

All SOSITE brand Table Covers are covered by our 6-month limited warranty against workman defect (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers SOSITE considered a product defect. SOSITE reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. The user is responsible for all warranty return shipping. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect, water damage, or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit.

 

f.Custom Product Warranty:

All SOSITE custom products are covered by the above product specific warranties. Please refer to above list of product warranties.

 

Who pays for free return shipping:

Buyers are responsible for all shipping fee.

 

2.Applicable conditions for returns and refunds for non-custom products:

Customers may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of product arrival date.

Send an email to canopyflag@gmail.com to request a return. It will take about 3 business days to process your applications. If approved, we will send you a return label. The goods must have our return label, otherwise we will not receive the return and will not refund. The warehouse can accept returns at any time

 

Who pays for the return shipping：

In case of quality problems, we provide free returns.

For non-product quality problems, the buyer bears the express shipping cost and charges 15% of the inspection and restocking fee. Note: chromatic aberration is not a quality issue

How soon will the user receive the refund：

We will refund within 2-3 days after receiving the goods. Refunds will take 5-7 business days to be returned via your original payment method. The specific arrival time is subject to the processing speed of the bank.
